Fried fish


How about making fried fish today. Yesh fried. Everything is yummy when fried...trust me on that.

Take any fish and deep fry it today. None of the shallow fry..no no..deep deep okay!!

It's simple and easy like mostly you have made only the batter I changed. Here's what I did different:

1/2 cup flour + 1/4 rice flour 1/4 corn flour+ 1 egg mix batter with icy icy cold soda. You'll feel the crisp difference. Sachi!

These fries are double fried. Once till almost cooked and then you increase the temperature and shock them again. Crisp on the outside and soft inside.  Nom nom away.
