Ice pop...
It's getting hot HOT HOTTERrrrrr!!
I heart ice pop...whether its jet sport, calipo or ones we make at home! Fun part is coming up with different flavors every time.
For now try making:
Strawberry & Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Pops.
It's tarty and healthy. IT's got yogurt so mom won't mind.

For now try making:
Strawberry & Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Pops.
It's tarty and healthy. IT's got yogurt so mom won't mind.
Ingredient:
2 cups plain yogurt
3/4 cups sugar
Drops of vanilla
8 ounces frozen strawberries, defrosted
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt with 1/2 cup of the sugar, vanilla, stir to dissolve the sugar. Divide the mixture in half between two bowls, set aside.
Puree the
strawberries
with 1/4 cup of the sugar and any collected juices from defrosting. Press the
strawberries
puree through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much as possible, discard solids left behind. Stir the puree into one of the bowl of yogurt–leaving the other plain.
Fill the pop molds 1/3 full with the
strawberry
-yogurt mixture, freeze for 30-60 minutes until the layer begins to set before adding the vanilla layer. In the vanilla layer, drop in 2-3 whole
strawberries
reserved for garnish. Freeze the vanilla layer 30 minutes (this layer is more stable since it doesn’t have any puree and won’t need to set up long). Fill the pop molds with the final
strawberry
-yogurt layer, add sticks, and freeze until solid–8 or more hours. So nom nom away!!
